The CAA Theatre (formerly the Panasonic) has a long history in Toronto entertainment. The building was originally built in 1911 as a private residence, but was later converted into a theatre. The theatre is located in the heart of downtown Toronto, within walking distance of Yorkville, Bloor West, Church Street, the Royal Ontario Museum, and University of Toronto. The theatre is used for hosting off-Broadway productions.
