If you are traveling internationally in less than 2 weeks or need to obtain a foreign visa within 4 weeks, you are eligible to schedule an appointment with the Houston Passport Agency. The agency is located on the fourth floor of the George Thomas "Mickey" Leland Federal Building. Appointments are available Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 1:30 PM.
