The Wilbur Theatre was built in 1914 by the Shubert brothers who named it after their good friend and manager, A.L. Wilbur. The Wilbur was the first theatre in BOston to feature an American Colonial design. The historic theatre is now a popular destination for comedy and music in Boston.
